Brazilian-born chocolatier and pâtissier trained in French and Italian techniques, Dhi Ferrari crafts every cake by hand with love, science, and a little bit of flair.
Our cakes are made by hand and we don't use premix ingredients, we make and bake everything from our cake & dessert store in the Welder.
