Refund policy

If you have ordered your cake in advance and we haven't started preparing it (3+ days before pickup date) then we can offer you a full refund.

If we have begun preparing your cake (within 3 days of pickup date), we can offer only a partial refund dependant on labour and materials costs.

Once your cake has been fully prepared we can no longer offer a refund.
