Choux Pastry Class
Next Class: 29th January 2025, 6-9pm
Learn the art of choux pastry. You will assist Dhi as he creates choux pastry, craquelin, and a variety of fillings. Learning choux making techniques, tips & tricks.
You will take home a variety of choux desserts made as a group.
Class duration is 3 hours, this is a group class with up to 4 attendees

Do I need to know how to bake?
Not at all, our classes are for everyone so no prior knowledge needed.
How many people will be in the class?
We limit our classes to 4 people for our 'make your own' style class, and 6 people for our 'group' style classes.
Am I making my own cake?
Some of our classes you will make your own, and some classes you will make as a group - we will note this in the description of the class.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can use links in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule yourself, until 3 days before the class is scheduled.
