I loved my lessons with Dhi. I got a few tips and tricks which will be useful. Also I have always shied away from Swiss butter meringue thinking it would be too tricky. But no. Easy peasy. Thank you. Appreciate the lessons. Will be looking for level 3.

Amazing ❤️ our favourite cake and was a huge hit at the baby shower. We got the 4 layer,25cm option and it definitely went the mile for the shower. Lots of comments on it and I think you’ll have a few visitors to grab some more in the future ❤️
You can’t go wrong with the chocolate and peanut butter combination in these amazing mini Snickers cakes…and the salted caramel adds another layer of deliciousness. Just like the real Snickers bars, it’s hard to stop at just one, but they are very satisfying and scrumptious! Highly recommend!
