The cake was divine. Everyone loved it and commented on the high quality and taste of the cake. It was for my partner's birthday and he loved it which is high praise as his cake standards are pretty high.

Really appreciated the clear instruction, hands-on experience, and the ability to create professional-looking results. Dhi was very knowledge, had a friendly demeanor, and the ability to simplify complex steps. This made the class more enjoyable and effective for various skill levels. What seemed a hard cake to create was made simple by the instructor and how he broke the instructions' down and made it very achievable.
Very enjoyable class and appreciated the hands-on learning, knowledgeable and friendly instructor, and small class size for ample individual attention. As a student I learned valuable new cake decorating skills, such as creating smooth finishes, sharp edges, and decorative techniques like piping and palette knife designs. I really felt I'll be able to replicate techniques at home, the fun experience, and the satisfaction of creating a beautiful cake. The class is definitely worth taking.
The class was extremely fun and a very hands-on experience. The instructor was very knowledgeable and sociable, and the four students all had the ability to learn new skills and create delicious pastries like eclairs and profiteroles. Highly recommend the course and instructor!!
