Booking Terms and Conditions

These are our booking terms and conditions. They are in place to ensure everyone has a safe, enjoyable, and fair experience. By completing your booking and paying for your class or experience, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

1. Booking and Payment Payment requirements depend on the type of reservation you are making.

• Classes: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

• Experiences (e.g., High Tea): A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be collected on the day of your experience.

• Unpaid Bookings: We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that has not had the required payment or deposit completed. You will be notified, and your spot may be offered to another customer.

2. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Modification Policy We understand that plans can change. Because our team handmakes all specialty items fresh for your specific booking, we require advance notice for any changes to avoid food waste and lost preparation time.

Experiences (e.g., High Tea):

• Modifications: You are welcome to modify or reschedule your High Tea booking, provided you give us at least 48 hours notice.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel your experience entirely, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time to receive a full refund of your deposit to your original payment method.

• Late Cancellations and No Shows: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or missing your booking on the day, will result in the forfeit of your deposit. Because we have already dedicated the time and ingredients to prepare your specific items, no refunds will be issued in these events.

Classes:

• Modifications: Class bookings lock in your spot for a specific curriculum and date. Because of this, class bookings are strictly non movable and cannot be rescheduled.

• Cancellations: If you are unable to attend your class, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. You will be issued a store credit for the full value of your booking. This credit can be used for a future class, experience, or other purchases.

• Late Cancellations and No Shows: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or missing the class on the day, will forfeit the entire class fee. No refunds or store credit will be issued.

Cancellations by Us:

• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class or experience (e.g., due to illness or low enrolment), we will notify you as soon as possible.

• You will be offered the choice of a full refund to your original payment method or a transfer of your booking to a new date.

3. Conduct and Safety

• Compliance with Instructions: To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, you agree to follow all verbal and written instructions given by the instructor and staff.

• Right to Remove: We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or non compliant manner. No refund or store credit will be issued in this event.

• Health and Safety (Classes): Please wear closed toe shoes and appropriate clothing for a kitchen environment. An apron will be provided.

4. Liability and Assumption of Risk

• Acknowledgment of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in a cooking class involves working in a commercial kitchen environment. This includes (but is not limited to) the use of sharp tools, hot surfaces, heavy equipment, and potential for slips or falls.

• Release of Liability: By booking this class, you understand and voluntarily assume all inherent risks associated with participation.

• Indemnity: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release and indemnify Dhi Ferrari Cakes Limited, its owners, employees, and instructors from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from any personal injury, property damage, or loss you may sustain as a result of your participation.
