We proudly pull a fresh, rich shot of 100% Fair Trade Organic espresso from local Christchurch roasters, Hummingbird Coffee. This hot espresso is poured directly over a generous scoop of premium, real vanilla bean ice cream. As the espresso slowly melts the ice cream, it creates a wonderfully creamy, caffeinated treat that perfectly balances the bold, roasted notes of the coffee with smooth, sweet vanilla.
