Crisp shortcrust holding a layer of almond cake, spiced caramelised apples and a crown of vanilla custard mousse. An apple pie taken apart and rebuilt with French technique, for somebody who claims not to like fancy desserts.
Made with no added gluten. Our kitchen is small and without exclusive production areas for all of our different recipes, so traces may occur, and we can't guarantee it's safe for severe coeliac disease.
