Autumn Choux
The Autumn Choux Pastry is a seasonal addition to our retail cabinet at The Welder. Meticulously handcrafted by Dhi and our team, this individual dessert highlights warm, spiced flavors and contrasting textures.
The foundation is a freshly baked choux pastry shell. It is generously filled with a smooth Biscoff whipped cream, providing a recognizable caramelized biscuit flavor. To add crunch and depth, the pastry is topped with a roasted white chocolate crumble. The dessert is then finished with a delicate autumn leaf tuille, directly reflecting the seasonal inspiration behind the recipe.
This pastry serves as an ideal accompaniment to a specialty coffee in our cafe or as a refined addition to a high tea selection. It delivers a balanced and texturally interesting patisserie option for your afternoon visit.
