Fluffy
A small cup of warm milk under a cap of foam, with no coffee in it at all. Everyone at the table gets a cup of their own, whether or not they drink coffee.
Add a house-made vanilla bean, dulce de leche or guava syrup, or top it with mascarpone foam, whipped cream or toasted marshmallow.
