A flourless chocolate and hazelnut base under Nutella and caramelised hazelnut mousse, coated in dark chocolate and roasted almonds. The shell snaps and the middle doesn't, and that contrast is most of the point.
Made with no added gluten. Our kitchen is small and without exclusive production areas for all of our different recipes, so traces may occur, and we can't guarantee it's safe for severe coeliac disease.
