I purchased this cake for my mum’s 80th Birthday Party and it was an absolute hit. If you are looking for a chocolate cake that is not too rich, this is for you. Again, my experience with Dhi’s cakes did not disappoint.
Good cake overall and I liked the chocolate whipping cream in between and the top ganache. The sponge cake however felt a bit dry.
