Every Grizzly croissant is served perfectly warmed to bring out the delicate, crisp layers and the beautifully soft interior. We elevate this local favorite by serving it alongside a generous portion of our freshly whipped butter and a bright, sweet guava jam. The rich butter melts flawlessly into the warm layers, while the fruity sweetness of the guava adds a refreshing contrast to the savory pastry.
