Hot Zealong Tea Latte
Certified organic Zealong tea powder whisked into steamed milk, as Jade green, Velvet roasted or Noir black, with no sweeteners, additives or preservatives, and your choice of regular, oat, soy, almond, coconut or trim milk. Jade is nutty, Velvet earthy, Noir malty with a honey finish; order two different ones and compare across the table.
Add a house-made vanilla bean, dulce de leche or guava syrup, or top it with mascarpone foam, whipped cream or toasted marshmallow.
