I had such a great time at Dhi’s choux pastry class! Dhi was warm, knowledgeable, and made the whole process fun and approachable. We learned to make two different pasties, and they turned out absolutely delicious. I left feeling inspired and ready to bake more. Highly recommend.

We chose Dhi Ferrari for our daughters 21st birthday cake and are very pleased we did. Great service and beautiful looking cake (we chose the red velvet) and tasted amazing. We got many compliments on the night. Highly recommend.

Loved the course. Dhi is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. Instructions and notes were clear and easy to follow. Went away with the confidence to build on the skills we learnt. Definitely be back for more classes.

It’s not a regular cake -🍰 suggest try their Lemonade Cake for your special occasion or just a desert 🥰 - the cake texture and the custard are epic.
